If you wish to return your mattress, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase to request return and specify the reasons for returns. We will contact you for further information.
Please note that any customer errors such as wrong size or wrong products ordered are not eligible for returns. Also, customised mattresses and pillows are not eligible for return.
The company offers a 100-night trial for the Wink & Nod mattress sold on the website. If a customer is not satisfied with the mattress, he or she should contact customer service within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase. The company will pay for the return shipping cost, provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the differential shipping charge. Company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 100-night trial program at any time.
Products damaged after customer usage, misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns. Eligibility will be determined by the Company. Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty will not be eligible for return. The original invoice with the company's seal and signature must be presented for all warranty and return requests in hard copy along with a declaration sent to you by the Operations team upon raising a return request. Please make sure to save the original signed invoice otherwise we will not be able to entertain returns.
The company takes exceptional care to pack and ship the products in a safe manner; the sale is complete once the goods are shipped to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer must inform the company immediately. Customer care will be in touch for further information. Please write to email@example.com. In case you are returning a mattress, the Company will send you packaging material. We request that you place the mattress in the packaging material with utmost care do as to prevent any damage to the mattress on the way back to our warehouse.
