The company websites www.winknod.com and www.winknod.in (collectively or singularly the “Website”) are designed to be both a service and source of information for our valued customers. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully. This Agreement (“Agreement”) specifies the Terms and Conditions for use of the Company Website. This Agreement may be modified from time to time by the Company without notice. All changes shall be deemed effective immediately.

100 Nights Trial
The company offers a 100-night trial for the Wink & Nod mattress sold on the website. If a customer is not satisfied with the mattress, he or she should contact customer service within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase. The company will pay for the return shipping cost, provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the differential shipping charge. Company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 100-night trial program at any time.

Shipping & Transportation
The company takes exceptional care to pack and ship the products in a safe manner; the sale is complete once the goods are shipped to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer must inform the company immediately. Customer care will be in touch for further information.
